"Tanya & Dom from The Canine Concierge have looked after my Bernese Mountain Dog Trudy and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone thinking about using them.
They went to a huge amount of effort to understand Trudy’s requirements before the date in question to make sure she was comfortable and happy whilst she was in their care.
Despite being a big cuddly ball of fluff Trudy does have very specific requirements i.e. certain additives to her diet, an awareness that bloat could kill her so an hour’s rest between eating and walking, walking very early and late in the day because of the heat to name but a few.
Tanya and Dom took everything extremely seriously which is what matters to me. I was very impressed by their attention to detail when filling in forms and indeed afterwards the report they sent me detailing every aspect of Trudy’s day with them. They really do love Trudy and that showed as Trudy was completely relaxed and calm which is testament to the wonderful care they gave her.
They gave me regular updates on how she was doing and how her day was going. I had no hesitation in entrusting Trudy into their care and will be doing so again soon. Big thank you!"

"My two dogs have just completed a trial stay at The Canine Concierge and we couldn't be happier with the service! We have been looking for an option for home boarding for when our regular boarder is unavailable, but were struggling to find somewhere calm and quiet to suit our two chilled pups.
The Canine Concierge is exactly what I've been looking for! Personal, tailored care for your dogs, in a lovely home, with endless attention from two lovely humans!
From the start of the process, Tanya and Dom put us at ease, with a home visit initially, followed by a thorough questionnaire so they could get to know the dogs before having them to stay.
Whilst staying, I received photos and updates and could see straight away how relaxed the dogs were!
Our dogs have been completely spoilt and have come home happy and content. We will definitely be using these services and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them."
